Primary Purpose:
Ensure efficient operation of Assistant Principals' office and provide clerical services for department staff at Pampa High School.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or GED
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Proficient word processing and file maintenance skills
- Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and do word processing
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Ability to make decisions and work independently in order to accomplish a variety of responsibilities
- Ability to cooperate with administrators, teachers, parents, students, custodians, and high school staff
Experience:
One to three years secretarial experience, preferably in public education environment
